Pennsylvania notarial act: $5 per signature (state-regulated)
Mobile travel/convenience fee: $35–$75, based on your location within Allegheny County
Loan signing (full package): $100–$200 (refinances lower; purchase/seller packages higher)
Same-day, after-hours, or weekend service: additional $25–$50
Wait time beyond the first 15 minutes: $25 per 15 minutes
Additional signers or extra stamps: $5 each
